ConnectYourCare is the health portal rpi Center’s patient portal. The portal allows patients to access their personal information and view important health information. You will need your RPI email address and a password to access the portal. Then, click on the “Login” button at the bottom of the page.
ConnectYourCare is a secure web portal that contains detailed information about health issues. It is also a great way to get your hands on health reports without ever leaving your home or office. The health portal rpi also offers free STI testing, which is great for students who are concerned about sexually transmitted diseases. For other health portal rpi concerns, students can visit the Student Health Center, which collects blood samples and sends them off to a lab for diagnosis. All RPI students are encouraged to use the student health center to monitor their health and wellness.
